Licensing Rights

Dark Dreamscapes Designs Licensing, Purchasing Limits, Prohibitions, and Terms & Conditions:

You May:

• Sell designs as mass produced screen prints, sublimation prints, DTF prints, etc.

• Sell designs printed on fabrics, ceramics, tumblers, or other crafts. 

• Resize the file to fit the necessary dimensions.

You May NOT:

• Alter the design from the original art in any PNG file purchased from Dark Dreamscapes Designs. 

• Resell, share or, give away any file purchased from Dark Dreamscapes Designs. 

• Include Dark Dreamscapes Designs file in any sale of your business license. 

• Post the file alone or on a mark-up of a product without a proper watermark to protect the artwork. 

• Allow any file purchased to be seen or shared with another person without the proper watermarking in order to protect the artwork. 

BREAKING THE LICENSING AND TERMS AND AGREEMENTS LISTED WILL RESULT IN DENIAL OF FUTURE PROCUREMENT OF ANY DARK DREAMSCAPES DESIGNS FILES. A PERMANENT BAN FROM ALL FILES AND GROUPS WILL BE ISSUED FOR THOSE FOUND BREAKING THESE TERMS.
